All of our prices are in Canadian Dollars. Orders shipped within Ontario are subject to PST and GST. As of July 1st orders will be subject to HST in Ontario. New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and NFLD orders are subject to HST. All other provinces are subject to GST. PayPal and Credit Card Payment One of your payment options is to use PayPal, the most popular payment method used to conduct secure Transactions over the internet. PayPal supports all popular credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. All transactions utilize 128 bit encryption, which provides the same security offered by banks and other financial institutions. As with Knock Out Lures, Paypal has strict standards of confidentiality to guarantee the privacy of your information. Please be sure that your correct address is verified in your Paypal account. Upon checkout you will be given the option to proceed with credit card or to sign into Paypal, please use the method of payment most convenient for you. Cheque Payment You can pay for your order by Pay Pal e-check, personal, business cheque or money order. We are not able to ship your order until your cheque clears, so please allow a extra time to receive your order if you are intending to pay by cheque. Do not send cash by mail. Shipping Most items will ship the same business day or the next. Once your parcel is posted confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. Usual delivery times for Ontario and Quebec are 2 business after the day your parcel is received at the post office. All US and International residents are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or fees that may apply. All parcels are shipped F.O.B. shipping point. Ownership of the parcel is transferred to you as soon as it is brought to the post office for delivery. Each parcel comes with $100 insurance coverage. If you would like to purchase additional insurance at a minimal charge please let us know. Knock Out Lures is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Each item we sell comes with a 15 day return policy unless otherwise stated. All returns will be accepted for exchange only. You must contact Customer Service for return approval before returning the item. The item must be in saleable condition in the original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is an error on our part. Shipping charge reimbursement will be based on our cost to ship to you by Canada Post Parcel. A restocking fee of 10% may apply. Limited Liability Knock Out Lures will not under any circumstances be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any special, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from the use or miss use of our product, due to any cause, even if Knock Out Lures has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, Knock Out Lures total liability to you for all damages (Whether based on contract, torte or other theories) will be limited to the amount you actually paid for the product.
